Academic enrichment, no matter what avenue you choose, will help showcase- to colleges – that you care about gaining knowledge. It shows that you have gone above and beyond to educate yourself in a particular field of study. Most importantly, it truly is enriching to be able to get a seat at the MIT calculus or RICE university’s Biology classrooms.

Go immerse yourselves in what you like to study most!

As a bonus tip  – The common app provides you an opportunity to add UP TO 10 activities in the “ACTIVITIES SECTION” . Showing that you spent 100-300 hours enriching yourself academically, in the field of your interest, is a SOLID activity to add to the section.
